Web Services Extra Fees
When working with sites we haven't built there is an extra $20 fee added to the hourly cost of Return Work, General Site Cleaning and Updates, adding/removing functionality and all other web service fees, to cover the effort and time it takes to familiarise ourselves with your particular site setup, and work around any quirks that may be part of your site due to differing server/software configurations, mistakes made by the original web designer, use of a Windows Based Web Server (which we don't recommend) and/or errors caused by users unaware of how to use the system properly.
Hosting and Domain Costs
In our work we've worked with many different hosting companies with various levels of quality and service, from free services (with poor quality) to highly expensive services with a multitude of services and options available, and we've found in our experiences that the service that works best for our customers and ourselves is VentraIP They're Australian Owned, work the best with our software, and at the lowest possible cost; With Hosting at roughly AU$50 a Year, and .com.au Domains going for roughly $20 every 2 years, one of the best deals we've come across (and currently the one we're using) and we're recommending the service to all of our customers who're looking for a good quality service at a low price.
'Antivirus' Cleanup, and Service Checks
As a cost saving measure for customers we've introduced a cap per computer for the work done, as some scans can take 4-5 hours, and costs can become exorbitant, therefore, for each computer taken in for Service Checks, we cap the cost at $150 per Computer, charging the respective general price until the cap is reached. This only applies to the Antivirus and Service Cleanup though, and any other costs can and will still apply if they are incurred.
Concessions
Concessions are given to Students, Pensioners, and Community Organisations (all at our discretion and upon production of relevant documents/cards)

Payment Methods

We accept Payment via Bank Deposit (Internet Banking), Paypal, Cash, Visa and Mastercard Debit/Credit Cards and Cheques. However a $2 fee will be applied to PayPal and Credit Card payments to cover part (but not all) of the fees we incur for using the service. Simply advise us at the time of billing, before or after the Job, and we'll arrange payment as needed for you. If the cost of service is too high to pay all at once we can also arrange a payment agreement which will allow you to pay the bill off over time.
