Computer Support

One of the fundamental services we provide is on-site and remote support.

If your computer isn't acting the way it should be, and if it is causing issues we can come to you, (if you live in the Bendigo area, extra cost may be involved if you reside or work in the more remote regions of Bendigo [not along a bus route and/or out of town] unless arrangements for transport are made) or you can arrange to drop off your computer with us for a check, or we can walk you through VERY basic support over the phone or via Internet or Skype.

We try to get the job done ASAP, so that no extra costs come to you, and you're back up as soon as possible, and we give a 2 week no cost call-back period for any related repairs to the particular job, from the closing date of that job.
